When you place an order we will send an order confirmation (email or WhatsApp) acknowledging we received your order. This confirmation does not mean the order is accepted. Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the goods or explicitly confirm acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any paid amount.
Prices shown on the site are in PKR and include taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to show correct prices, but errors can occur.
If a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve the issue before dispatching your order.
Important: At present we deliver only within Pakistan 🇵🇰. International shipping is temporarily unavailable.

We use trusted couriers (e.g. TCS, Leopard). We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, extreme weather, or public holidays.
Risk of loss passes to you once the courier picks up the package. If the package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help lodge a claim. 📦
Because fragrances are personal and hygienic products, our return policy is strict but fair. Please read carefully:
If an item is defective or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Refunds (when due) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm the return. 💸
We try to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists. However, fragrance perception varies by person and skin chemistry.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raza Fragrance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the purchase price of the product.
