We care about your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements work at Raza Fragrance.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds 🔄

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • ✅ You received a damaged or broken product upon delivery.
  • ✅ You received the wrong item or the wrong fragrance.
  • 📦 You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • ⚠️ Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items 🚫

Due to hygiene and product safety, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • ❌ Opened or used perfumes. ( except one condition )
  • 🧴 Products that have been tampered with or damaged after delivery.
  • 🎁 Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.
  • ⚠️ Items not purchased directly from Raza Fragrance’s official website are not eligible.

3. How to Request a Return 📦

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • 📝 Contact our team at razafragranceofficial@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
  • 📸 Share a clear photo or video of the item (showing damage or issue).
  • 📬 Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.
  • ✅ Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return address or pickup details.

4. Refund Process 💳

After your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed:

  • 💵 Refunds are made via the same payment method used during purchase (if applicable).
  • ⌛ Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after product inspection.
  • ✅ For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
  • ⚠️ Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy 🔁

We also offer exchanges instead of refunds in certain cases:

  • ✅ If the product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of cost.
  • 📦 Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • ⚠️ No exchange will be processed if the product has been opened or used.

6. Order Cancellation 🛑

  • ⏰ Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
  • ⚠️ Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • ✅ If cancelled before shipping, full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds 🕓

  • 💰 If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • 🏦 Then contact your bank or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
